Founded in 2018 by Eric Dischinger, DESCO Investment Company acquires land for long-term residential development in partnership with trusted homebuilders. DESCO operates primarily in the high-growth markets of the Carolinas delivering heavily amenitized and well positioned communities to meet the rising housing demand of our area.

RESIDENTIAL LOT DEVELOPMENT
DESCO purchases land with close proximity to major cities, grocers, retail centers, and quality schools for successful neighborhood development. Working with local contractors and engineers, we design and build the required critical infrastructure and sell subdivided, construction-ready lots to trusted homebuilders.
