ENGLISH FARM - ARCHDALE, NC
English Farm began development in Q2 of 2023 and will be the largest residential development in Archdale’s history when completed. This development contains a blend of asset types with 103 townhomes and 433 single-family homes for a total of 536 units. English Farm will be interconnected via a 10ft wide paved greenway and boast proximity to the Grubb Family YMCA. This community will also include an amenity center with an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and recreational fields.
